conditions for privately owned self catering holiday homes in Almerimar
on the Costa de Almeria, Andalucia, Spain.
Terms
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due, at the latest, on arrival. When you book, the exact details of when and how
you should pay will be arranged with you to suit your specific circumstances.
Prices include
The holiday accommodation of your choice and as confirmed by us for the number of people that you requested. For summer lets, all local taxes, gas,
water, and electricity (as applicable) are included. For long term winter lets, electricity is charged according to the meter reading and at the rate charged by the local electricity supply company.
To make sure that nothing can spoil your stay, we give you a "hot line" telephone number you can call anytime in case a problem should arise
with which you need help.
All household linen is supplied i.e. bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc. Please bring your own beach towels.
A change of household linen is supplied for stays longer than one week.
Not included are
Holiday insurance, which we think is essential.
Transfer from the airport to the accommodation, but this can be arranged.
Meet & Greet
Before you leave home, we will send you detailed directions/instructions between your arrival airport and your holiday accommodation where we will be
waiting to hand over the keys, familiarise you with the property, and answer any questions you may have.
Damage
You will be asked to reimburse the cost of any breakage, loss, or damage caused to the property during your stay, and for any extra cleaning required
if the accommodation is left in an unreasonable condition. We therefore ask you to replace anything you might break or damage and leave the accommodation in a reasonable state on your departure.
Rubbish
Houshold rubbish must be placed in the various receptacles placed at the side of the road in numerous places around the town. There are currently bins
of four colours to facilitate recycling: Grey = household rubbish, Yellow = Plastic bottles, drink cans, juice cartons, Green = glass, Blue = paper and cardboard. You will be asked to reimburse the cost of removing
any rubbish left in the accommodation.
