The front of the house taken from the Golf CourseThis property is in a development that comprises a mix of apartments and town houses with green areas and a 60 meter long landscaped swimming pool with a separate children's pool. There is also a children's playground.

The rear of the house

Property number 315 is an air conditioned, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house which can accommodate up to 10 people. It is situated on the edge of the golf course in an elevated position and enjoys magnificent views over the golf course and the town to the sea.

It is only about 15 minutes walk to the clubhouse, and perhaps 20 to the marina with its shops, banks, supermarkets, tapas bars, and restaurants, etc. The beaches are also about 20 minutes walk.

The lounge area

 

This house was completed in 2003 and has been tastefully furnished and completely equipped. It has been very cleverly designed so that the principal rooms (lounge/dining and main bedroom) enjoy the extensive views.

 

 

The dining area

 

The couches are well padded and comfortable and one of them contains a double bed which can be folded out quite easily. Two ceiling fans have been installed.

 

 

 

The terrace and a part of the view

 

There is a TV and a DVD player.

The lounge/dining room has double doors to the terrace which is complete with outdoor furniture and also enjoys the splendid views, just right for a cool drink and to watch the sun go down.

 

 

The kitchen

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, and a dishwasher. All necessary crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils are provided and there is a toaster, coffee percolator, juice extractor, etc. - just about anything you might need. A door leads to a laundry area where there is a front loading fully automatic washing machine.

 

There is also a guest toilet with shower etc.

The fourth bedroom

 

This bedroom has a built in wardrobe which offers plenty of storage room. The beds are two singles, one of which is stored under the other. When required, the second bed is simply pulled out and raised on its own spring loaded legs to become just like the other bed.

The main bedroom is very bright and airy because of the full length double doors to an attractive French Balcony. There is a double bed and a very large built-in wardrobe. A ceiling fan will help keep you cool.

There is also an on-suite bathroom with full bath with shower attachment, bidet, etc.

This bedroom also has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. There is also a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.

A glass door opens onto a terrace which is shared with bedroom 3.

 

The third bedroom

 

Bedroom 3 has twin beds and also a large built-in wardrobe. A ceiling fan is installed to help keep you cool.

Double glass doors open onto a terrace which is shared with bedroom 2.

 

 

The bathroom contains a full bath with shower attachment, bidet, etc.
