views over the golf course and the town to the sea.
It is only about 15 minutes walk to the clubhouse, and perhaps 20 to the marina with its shops, banks,
supermarkets, tapas bars, and restaurants, etc. The beaches are also about 20 minutes walk.
This house was completed in 2003 and has been tastefully furnished and completely equipped. It has been very cleverly designed so
that the principal rooms (lounge/dining and main bedroom) enjoy the extensive views.
The couches are well padded and comfortable and one of them contains a double bed which can be folded out quite easily. Two ceiling fans
have been installed.
There is a TV and a DVD player.
The lounge/dining room has double doors to the terrace which is complete with outdoor furniture and also enjoys the splendid views, just right
for a cool drink and to watch the sun go down.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, and a dishwasher. All necessary
crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils are provided and there is a toaster, coffee percolator, juice extractor, etc. - just about anything you might need. A door
leads to a laundry area where there is a front loading fully automatic washing machine.
There is also a guest toilet with shower etc.
This bedroom has a built in wardrobe which offers plenty of storage room. The beds are two singles, one of which is stored under the other.
When required, the second bed is simply pulled out and raised on its own spring loaded legs to become just like the other bed.
The
main bedroom is very bright and airy because of the full length
double doors to an attractive French Balcony. There is a double
bed and a very large built-in wardrobe. A ceiling fan will help
keep you cool.
